Mine didnt’ print the $5 reward. The lady at the cash register and manager (who is a good friend as well) said that their policy has changed and the rewards only print if you actually PAY the total, not have it as a subtotal before coupons:(
That’s strange…I was there today and bought $15 worth of peanuts and used coupons and up rewards. I ended up paying $9 and the $5 UP still printed.

It worked for me today. I would call customer service. I’m not aware of any new changes in their policy.
Anyone know if you can do this 4 times which would be buying 12 pizzas? I bought 6 already and got 2 +ups. I read on another blog that you could do it 4 times, but the ad says 2.
