Here is a super easy shredded BBQ Chicken recipe. 4 ingredients, 3 hours in slow-cooker, and shred in kitchen aid mixer!

We LOVE simple and inexpensive recipes, this easy crockpot barbecue chicken sandwich is SO easy!

You simple throw everything into a crockpot for 5 hours, then shred using your kitchen aid mixer.  You can probably do this while holding a baby and doing your kids homework (I say from experience!)

So here is the recipe – we hope you enjoy!

I made this for the first time tonight and we loved it! This is an easy dairy and egg free dinner and will make a regular appearance on our menu rotation.

I included a link to this recipe in my two week menu. Thanks for a great food allergy friendly recipe!

I made this earlier in the week, so good! I will definitely do it again.

Also used the leftovers to make bbq cheddar quesadillas for lunches =)

I was planning to start the slow cooker before leaving for work, meaning this meal would cook on low for almost ten hours. Is that took long?
