{ENDED} Dave Ramsey Kids Monster Pack Giveaway!

Posted at 3:38 PM by I am THAT Lady: Lauren

Feb 25th, 2013

If you are wanting to get your kids into learning how to work for, save, and give their money in a responsible way – the Dave Ramsey Monster Pack is the BEST kids money kit around (in my opinion).  My son is 7 and he can easily keep track of his chores, what he makes for each chore, and what to do with the money that he earns.  It is a great starting point for any child and I highly recommend it!

With the Kids Monster Pack, your kids will learn:

  • How Earning Money Works
  • How to Save and Pay Cash
  • The Importance of Giving
  • How to Have Fun Spending On a Plan
  • The Dangers of Debt
  • The Importance of Integrity

A LOT of great information comes inside this kit – my favorite part of the kit is the customizable chore chart!

On top of what comes in the kit above – it comes with a 6 DISC CD set and a 6 Book Reading set to go along with the books!  My 3 year old loves listening and reading the books and they are great learning tools for ages 3-12.  It also comes with 3 Super Saver Banks with separate banks for Saving, Giving, and Spending.

Here are the details – ONE reader will win their very own Dave Ramsey financial Peace Kids Monster Kit pack ( a value of $107.00)

You must fill out the form below – if you cannot see the form you will need to enter the giveaway on your computer.  The giveaway will end on March 5th at midnight ET, the winner will be announced the next day and given 48 hours to respond to my email so make sure you are checking your SPAM folder that day.

In order to get your (2) entries for Pinterest- you must pin the picture below:

They are still young and have a savings account but when they are a little older I don’t know how to show them the importance of money.

My biggest struggle is that my kids are still very little and our budget is super-tight so I don’t really have the luxury of giving them a regular allowance – and I love to treat them when I have a little extra cushion!

I would have to say the hardest thing to teach them about money is how to spend wisely…not on food, or toys that will break.

The hardest part is just showing them not to take money for granted and to realize how much hard work goes into earning money.

The biggest struggle I have right now in teaching my 4 year old about money is that the bank doesn’t have an unlimited supply just for us. Rather that we have so much money, and once we use it, that’s it.
