I tried this deal today and my up reward did not print. The manager told me it was because my total had to reach 30 after coupons. This is not correct right????

No. Your total would be before Q’s should trigger the UP reward. Did you opt out of the reward being printing and just applied to your card? You can call customer service and they will send you your UP rewards in the mail.
I did opt out. I just returned the items and the manager gave me back my coupons and the up reward I used toward the purchase. Coustomer service could not tell me why this would happen.
Kristina – So sorry for the delay in response (I’m super preggo and have been getting ready to make an unschedued visit to the hospital). Yes, you shoud have received the +UP reward; the total is before your coupons. I’m wondering if the manager could credit you for te +UP (when a +UP doesn’t print for me, sometimes the manager will give me cash in place of the +UP).
I went back and did it over again today. Everything was good except the up reward they gave back to me said it had already been used but the manager accepted it after I told him the situation. Good luck with everything!!!
