I am SO in love with the new International Delight Light Iced Coffee, so you can imagine how excited I am to share my love with this product with all of you! I have loved experimenting on how to use this iced coffee in different ways, my favorite way is adding it to my morning smoothies.
Here is the recipe I have been using:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup International Light Iced Coffee
- 1/2 cup of skim milk
- 4 ice cubs
- 1 tsp honey
I blend it all together in my blender and have a smoothie and coffee in one – it is wonderful because my mornings are always so crazy getting the kids off to school.
I also featured a Caramel Macchiato Parfait on my News Segment last week where I talked about How to Save on Healthy Indulgences. This recipe was found on the International Delight Facebook Page and it was amazing! The only thing that I replaced was 1/2 the Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee for 1/2 International Delight Light Vanilla Iced Coffee. Here is that recipe is you are interested in trying it.
The ID Light Iced Coffee has less sugar and calories than the first version that came out – here are the specifics:
- It contains only 100 calories in an 8-ounce serving

Way back when this product was brand new, I scored some coupons from Vocalpoint. I don’t think I would pay full price for this product when I can make it myself :p However, it does taste good and it’s super convenient… So I would totally drink it if it was free!
