I’m interested in the get $10 UP wyb Nexcare/Futuro/Ace deal but was wondering if you know how many or how much do I have to get or spend to get the UP reward? Thanks!
Hi Charla. Yeah I figured it was going to be a high dollar amount. I’ll bring my coupons with me and check it out tomorrow and report back. Thanks for the info.
Well everyone knows I love Rite Aid! It is my go-to store for all the deals! Today I had my first terrible couponing experience. I tried to do the buy $20 of Nature Made vitamins get a $10 UP deal. I had two bottles of Vitamin D (200 ct + 100 bonus) for $15.49 each. I was trying to use a $3 RA video value coupon for NM Vitamin D and a $5.00 Naturemade printable on over 160 ct. So she scanned the $3 RA video coupon and then the $5 coupon beeped. She didn’t even look at the coupon and just said, “I can’t take this because you already used this $3 coupon.” So I explained that I can use a RA coupon and a manufacturer’s coupon on one item. She proceded to yell at me that the computer wouldn’t let her accept this coupon and that was that. I was trying to explain that if she just looked at the coupon that she would see that it met the guidelines of the product that I bought but she wouldn’t even listen to me explain. So after she gave me more attitude I said then please just void them off. She then had another attitude and said you want your whole order voided? I sdaid no I’d just like to take the vitamins off. Then another attitude as she said well then I need the vitamins back. Oh boy, and she was one of the managers.
I usually have very great service at Rite Aid. These girls know that I coupon and that I come in almost every Sunday. I always let people go ahead of me if I have more than one transaction and even if I only have one transaction, if I have coupons I’ll let you go ahead of me. I am a very gracious couponer and never clear shelves and am always prepared when I go in so I can get in and out. I tell everyone about Rite Aid and the deals that you can get with couponing. This experience however has left a bad taste in my mouth with couponing at Rite Aid. I don’t have a problem with someone explaing to me a policy or why they think they can’t do something, but leave the attitude behind. I don’t have an attitude with you. Also she didn’t even give me a chance to explain and show her that I did meet the requirements of the coupon. Very frustrating since I wanted to do the deal to give my brother the vitamins and I needed the $10 UP towards my diapers. So I walked out of Rite Aid without either of those. And to top it off, those $5 coupons expire today!
Hi Dawn,
I love my Rite Aid too. I am so sorry to hear about your experience. Since this person was a manager, I think you should call corporate. I don’t think they’d like to hear that a manager of all employees treated you like this and tainted your feelings about their store. They may even honor the purchases you wanted to make even though your coupons are expired. You never know unless you ask. I’d love to hear how things turn out if you do contact them. Good luck!

Hello Dawn it is another ad misprint. It is rumored to be $30. The sign will be in the store, please verify first.
